Restraint of pen and tongue…

Today is a day of restraint of pen and tongue and to take action on one thing you have been procrastinating on… Go through the day and stop your self in mid-sentence if you are talking negative about anybody or anything… If somebody you are talking to is saying negative things tell them you promised to not talk negative about people today…

This will be sharing the miracle… If you start to tell a lie or stretch the truth,  stop and make a correction to who ever you are talking to… Tell them what you said was not true and make the correction…. If you do this one time you are no longer a liar…  Just a couple of these corrections and the thoughts of lies won’t come into your consciousness anymore…

Then you will only learn to say things that are worth saying… it is amazing how we stretch the truth and if we didn’t stretch the truth we probably wouldn’t even tell the story because it may not be worthy… You will say less in life but it will mean more because it is the truth…. When you stop from negative talk, if you find your self doing it, say something nice about whoever or whatever you were talking about…

Make a list of 10 things you have been procrastinating doing… Pick one thing each day of the week and get it done this will be a week of spiritual growth… Don’t Judge yourself just do it and each time you do the right thing you know you are having a psychic change it is in you now recorded forever…

Much love,
