Love in action…

Make a commitment today to pick one of your cherished loved ones and do something special for them… flowers… a really nice card… maybe a nice dinner… Think about what it is in their lives that they desire, that you know about because of your personal connection, and then put thought-energy into their desire being fulfilled.

Then pick five more people randomly… the first five that come into your consciousness and think nice thoughts towards their lives.  If you haven’t spoken recently, call them with good energy… Put some thought-energy into thinking good things for their lives, knowing the things that they would like for their lives personally.

Use your creative visualization energy to see the ones you care about being fulfilled in their lives.

When you get done with this exercise take note of the energy you feel inside… Recognize the high frequency that you’re on and the energy it releases inside of you.  Make regular use of this habit when you want to be on a higher frequency of love… You don’t even have to stop at five.  Recognize that energy and do it with everyone you come across… See their life fulfilled… see their life in harmony… and recognize how it feels every time you do it.

Much love in action,

K.C.

I have problems in not meeting people but after the initial contact to start up a decent conversation. And once there is an awkward silence it just gets worst from there. My anxiety often acts up and i feel very uncomfortable. My mind tends to go blank after this and i find my self fishing my brain for conversation but nothing tends to come up. If something comes up its always a question that i really don’t care about the answer. It’s often really hard for me to open up to people and express my feelings and in turn for them to open up to me. Once i feel uncomfortable i feel i give off bad vibes and maybe think the other person is feeling equally uncomfortable. Once i spend a lot of time with someone or feel a connection and have things in common with them i can carry on a natural conversation. Please help me on finding out what i can do to make me comfortable in uncomfortable situations or be able to fight through my anxiety to carry on a conversation. Thanks
